How to Make It:
Cut your lace trims, organza ribbons, and pearl garlands into strips measuring approximately 28 to 36 inches.
Secure each strip to the birch dowel using a simple hitch knot, alternating between sheer lace, smooth satin, and pearl strands for varied texture.
Trim the bottom ends of the fabric into a soft V-shape taper or leave them casually uneven for an effortless look.
Tie a piece of neutral twine securely to both ends of the birch dowel.
