11. Raven’s Roost Chandelier
Look upward to create a sense of impending doom hanging over your living space. Transform your existing dining room or entryway chandelier into a roosting spot for ominous black ravens. Wrap the arms of the chandelier in faux dead branches, securing them with black zip ties. Perch several realistic, feathered taxidermy-style ravens on the branches, positioning them so they are looking down at different angles. Replace your standard light bulbs with low-wattage, amber Edison bulbs to cast a dim, moody glow. Hang delicate, individual black feathers from the chandelier using thin black thread, allowing them to drift and sway gently with every passing breeze, creating a dynamic sense of movement.
