Make a bold, terrifying statement right at your front door by constructing a life-sized Grim Reaper figure to guard your home. Using a inexpensive mannequin frame, PVC pipes, or even a heavy-duty coat hanger, drape a long, flowing cloak of sheer black chiffon and tattered cheesecloth. Ensure the hood is deep and dark, casting a complete shadow where the face should be, leaving only an empty, menacing void.
