Welcome your guests with a grand, cinematic entrance by constructing a towering archway of glowing jack-o’-lanterns over your front door or garden gate. Using a sturdy metal garden arbor as your base, secure dozens of carvable foam pumpkins (often called “Funkins”) to the frame using heavy-duty wire and zip ties. Carve each pumpkin with a unique, expressive face—some smiling, some scowling, some screaming. Drill holes in the back of each pumpkin to run a string of outdoor LED Christmas lights through, ensuring every single jack-o’-lantern glows brightly. Frame the entire archway with dried corn stalks and fallen autumn leaves to anchor the structure and give it a rustic, harvest-horror feel.
